Indian Bank — refund not yet credited by indian bank

Sir i have cancelled order of asus vivobook 14 m409da-ek146t from amazon. I had done a online payment by rupay atm card ending with *8876 of rs 32, 990. The amazon company had initiated refund process but the amount is not yet to be credited in my account. My refund reference number is 376310. I had got a msg of refund from amazon on 8th march 2020 on which order had placed.

My netbanking through card was not processed...but my amount has been deducted...they say it will take 5days to refund..it's happening every single time...is this the way u respond????...i think ur bank dont want to bein netbanking...such a waste of it..
