Indian Bank — Refund of my debit transaction no ref no 70011111 for Rs.13282.00 | |||||
I have made complaint on 25th January 2017 through e-mail and also written letter to my Indian Bank Noida sector 19 on 31st January 2017 regarding my failed transaction. Since then there is no response either from their customer service nor from Indian bank, sector 19 Noida. Earlier I have booked an Air tickets through Paytm on 24th January 2017. I am Dheiva Prakash and my A/C No.[protected]. I tried to take Rs. 2000 from my account through ATM on 31st jan. 2017 evening about 6 o clock. I didn’t receive any money, and my transaction got cancelled after slow loading for about 20 seconds.
Then I received a message “withdrawal of INR 2, 000 Ac XXX869120 drawn th ATM ID : C0111703 on 31/01 at 18:21:34. Cl Bal : 1, 000.00 CR” at 9:26 P.M. .I thought it happens to so many people and the amount will be returned in 2 or 3 days. But, I didn’t get back my money even after 4 days.
I am living 350 kms. far away from the home branch. Instead of directly meeting the manager of my home branch (Pondicherry University), I informed through a landline phone. Based on the advice of an employee from home branch I approached with a written letter to the manager of Indian Bank, Chinnalapatti, where I am currently living. He said he registered a complaint before 15 days. Even though I still did not get any response or money to my account.
Kindly take necessary action to remit the wrong debited money.
