Indian Bank — refund of my product

I purchased a product from amazon on 28/09/2019 of amount of 1899. And my product got cancelled and amazon refunded my amount on date of 03/10/2019 with reference refund reference number 0r9x0lo90000k0oco303. Still my refund is not initiated in my bank account and bank customer care and also the bank not helping reguarding this.
Please resolve my problem and give my amount back.
