Indian Bank — refund was not credited in bank account regards | |
I have cancelled an order from amazon on 29/02/2020 and recieved an email from amazon that the refund has been processed succesfully and it would be reflected by 29/02/2020 ie between 3-5 business days, but still i have not recieved the money. When i spoke with an amazon associate he said i have to fill a "charge dispute form" bcause it could be a problem at my bank side. I also contacted my banks customer care many a time but they say that problem could only be resolved by visiting my branch. I have transferred the amount of RS 3640 from my UPI I'd [protected]@okicici (Google pay ) UPI transaction id is[protected] send to [protected]@okhdfcbank but not transferred that amount above that UPI Id...so please make sure above that refund request on my Google pay UPI payment or my Indian bank account number is [protected]

I have transferred the amount of RS 3640 from my UPI I'd premnath5973@okicici (Google pay ) UPI transaction id is 006107167124 send to stylechan1996@okhdfcbank but not transferred that amount above that UPI Id...so please make sure above that refund request on my Google pay UPI payment or my Indian bank account number is 6053022859
