Refund credit nhi kiya gya hai. Please sir this amount credited in my bank acount

Amazon refund ammount to my account ammount not crediet to my account alredy i complint to bank but no use, alredy i completed to bank there is no use

Sir I buy they prodund in Amazon so that I make trasaction through indian bunk, after transaction I made cancel the product so Amazon team make an claim of refund process on mach 3 but till amount is not add in my account my reference num of indian bank is([protected])
