This is to confirm that refund for amount 600.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now. Refund reference # 310600 I got above refund initiative from amazon with refund reference # 310600 of rs. 600 but still that money is not showing in my indian bank account no[protected], even i contacted bank customer service but they said they do not have any update regarding this issue. Money was transacted through the phone pay bar code then the money in my account was gone but I did not send the money to the sender. Caught but not paid Cash value id My P2003021426289817177568 I have attached a screen shot in my cash transaction with this

I ordered a product in amazon and i cancelled it due to a issue and amazon as processed my amount but i did not receive that amount yet from bank for the first time i was facing this problem with indian bank and the customer care people are not responding properly . it seems like they are unfit for there job
