Indian Bank — regarding refund amount status

Hello I have ordered some fruits on amazon prime on 13th april 2019. Due to some technical issues it got cancelled. Amazon has initiated refund amount same day only but i didn't got that amount in my account. The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected].
