Indian Bank — regarding refund of my order from amazon

I ordered a shirt on Amazon on 28/09/2018 at 20:49:32, atm wdl seq no[protected], ATM ID- BDR00001
and i cancel my order instantly became i enter wrong address.after cancellation Amazon give me REFUND REFERENCE NO[protected] ;
After that i complaint many times to indian bank costomer care, complaint reference number -IBCWE6509394, and also complaint in home branch but there is no response,
today is 27/12/2018, my refund amount of ₹707 not credited to my bank account
