Indian Bank — regarding the pending transaction

Reference id:[protected] i made a transaction of rs 225 on dec 1. My money was deducted but the recipient haven't received the money. It has been over 2 working days still the transaction is in pending state. My money was not yet credited to my bank. So i request u to please solve
It. I made a complaint on dec 3 but i didn't get any response. So i request you to please refund my money
