[Resolved] Indian Bank — regarding to refund

As i have ordered a product from amazon. And i have returned it. Now till a date amount has not been credited in my account. The reference number is 75503729004025919758889 which is provided by bank. Continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting reply for this. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute. Still after filling the charge dispute i am not getting my money back neither any assurance of time limit of return of my amount.

As i have ordered a acer laptop from amazon on 28 DEC. and have returned it ON 3rd Feb . But amount is not credited in my account till date . the reference number is 75503729004025919758889 which is provided by amazon . continuously i contacted with amazon customer care but not getting any solution regarding my problem.

Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
