Indian Bank — request a refund amount rs. 5999.00 which not received in indian bank savings account

I have an placed an order at amazon portal using my indian bank saving account * for an amount rs.5999.00. Since i canceled order amazon had initiated refund process on 23rd march 2020 and as per the confirmation it should reflect
In my savings account today but it didn't. I tried to reach indian bank customer care for more than 20 times but as usual it is always busy and no one picked my call. The refund ref. Number shared by amazon

Again i called amazon to inquire about this but they are saying using indian bank only having such problem and lot of customers wouldn't get their amount smoothly.

I need my rs.5999 back and this needs to be taken care by indian bank support team soon.
