Indian Bank — smartphone refund not credited to my account from amazon | |||
Sir I have ordered a smartphone from amazon and its cost is 14999, payment is done via credit card. But after two days i have cancelled the order, but even after 10. Days the refund is not credited to my account. I have contacted amazon and they are saying the refund is processed from their end and its the problem with bank. I have filed a charge dispute form, then also no positive response from bank. Amazon has provide the refund reference number Was this information helpful? | |||
