[Resolved]  Indian Bank — the bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number

Sir,
I have received confirmation mail from amazon for my refund amount rs.2664.20, initiated on[protected] with reference no.[protected].
Till now the amount not charge dispute to my account.

In this regard i called three times indian bank customer care, but answer the same that not able to charge dispute our side.
There is no way only file the complaint.
