The refund reference number for the transaction is 75503729112028899576874 Amount 560 rupees The refund was processed successfully on 20 april 2019 but the refund is not yet credited from amazon into my account When i have contacted indian bank customer care regarding the refund status of my money the customer care executive from the respective bank informed me that there is no refund credited into my account from amazon Was this information helpful? | |||||

They are asking to put statement by amazon... But amazon told me that they have initiated refund to bank and bank given them a reference no. Which i stated above...the amazon said that they are clear from their side...
