Indian Bank — they are not to respond properly they are not doing work irresponsible

My name is a. Sai krishna and not indian bank holder but my mother is holder so actually i'm going to bank to check the account balance so they are not respond and very crowd and no distance maintain in outside i mean entry door. And we are going to 4 time to check the balance but no use and no clean in outside aera we are very trouble to face this situation so kindly request please solve this issue
