I made an online purchase on clubfactory. I made 2 transactions towards clubfactory...one payment of ₹.2537.39/- on Feb 9th 2020.(UPI transaction ID is[protected]. Another transaction of ₹.349/- made on Feb 11th 2020.(UPI transaction ID is[protected].
These two payments was successful and amount was deducted from my bank account.. but clubfactory order was not placed and payment status showed up unpaid...when I contacted clubfactory customer support they told that they didn't received any payments..
I contacted near by Indian bank to give a written complaint but they are not accepting my complaint...
Please do consider this complaint and me to get the refund...I'm very stressed because of this...
