Indian Bank — Transaction issue

Sir my Indian bank acc. no.[protected] gyanesh kumari ), 15 jan 2:06 pm I transfer fund( 500 ) to SBBJ bank acc.( Anoop malav account.no.[protected] ) in bhim app but transaction failed and bank debit amount from this acc. and not refund any amount .and after that I post issue and wait but not refund any amount so please help me and transaction id[protected]
