I Ordered in Amazon Tresemme shampoo beauty volume 580 ml of an amount RS 245.31 on 01.08.2019 which I received a defective product on 09.08.19 so I complained to the Amazon customer about the productand hence accordingly they amazon initiated refund of an amount Rs245.31 on 09.08.19 with reference no 480682 which was to be reflected in bank account on 19.08.19. Till now not received money in my account. I had submitted complainearlier also on the date of 23.08.19. Please kindly see the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
