I had purchased a product from amazon vivo portable 3 in 1 conditioner air cooler which was damage product and then i requested for requested for return of the product. Then refund of rs 799 was instiated by amazon on 11-7-19 to my account but it is not credited in my indian bank account till date. The payment was made by me through debit card of indian bank.
