Indian Bank — Want a refund from merchant who hasnt delivered my order | |
I placed an order with thefashioforever.com in the last week of noverber, worth 1796rs. the payment went through razorpay, sucessfully. but few days later, the merchant took down the website and my mails went unaswered. my product was also not delivered. when i approached razorpay, i was asked to raise a complaint with the bank. the trasaction id is[protected] Was this information helpful? | |
