Indian Bank — worst services ever

As i have placed on swiggy and amazon and not h were cancelled i need to receive a refund of nearly 1500 rupees, but the amount is not credited into my account i have contacted them and they said it's the problem related to bank, i have posted a complaint but there is no response, it's been months i haven't received my refund yet. Is your people technical system not working properly, i didn't expect this from indian bank, it's the worst experience they don't value our money. Really bad service to consumers.
