I had purchased a product of inr 1279 from amazon on 14 march 2019 for which i had paid using two modes of transaction:
1. Amazon pay, inr 500
2. Indian bank debit card, inr 779
Since the product received was wrong i returned it on 18 march 2019. The seller received the product and initiated the refund on 27 march 2019 and i received the amazon pay of inr 500 the next day. I had contacted the seller again asking for remaining amount and he said that all the amount has been initiated for a refund. I called amazon customer care and the executive told me to wait for 3-5 working days. Now it has been 6 working days and the refund has not been processed yet.

No communication received from the bank whatsoever even while mailing the chief compliance officer/ customer handling, online complaint registrations. The refund probably processed automatically to the referenced account number to which it originally belonged after a long wait. Or there could be a bank official clearing the stuck amounts in the channel after realising that he/she should now better get back to work after spending a bunch of days/months of boring chit-chat.

    I order one wallet worth of rs 399... And again i returned on march 26th 2019... Amazon refunded on 1st april 2019... So i called to indian bank becuse still not yet credited to my account so i called customer care but thy dint resolved my issue... So kindly check and resolve my issue... Amazon senior executive i askd thy are telling its refunded so kindly check... Refund reference number[protected]

      I am chitra, my account number[protected], i done impsc transaction to pay my cc payment on 1-apr'19, amos has been debited but, no sms notification received, money still not credited to the beneficiary, called customer care, they suggested to wait for 3 days, still not credited, my retrivel reference number is[protected]. Please revise back my money... Thanks

        Hi my name is niraimathy from pondicherry. On 1/4/2019 i transferred rs 2, 00, 000 from my indian bank account account no.[protected] of mudaliarpet pondicherry branch to dena bank of pondicherry branch. I got error msg saying server down but my money was deducted from my account. It wasn't transferred to the destination account also. Pls help me to get my money bank. I have an urgent housing loan to close. Hence pledged my jewels and transfered the amount. Pls help me.. Else my housing loan bank will issue notice against my house..

          I transferred on 01/04/2019 rs 2, 00, 000 from indian bank mudaliarpet pondicherry branch to dena bank pondicherry branch through imps. I never got msg saying transaction successful but money was deducted from my account and it was not credited in the destination account also. Kindly help me to get my money back. My home branch asking me to wait for two more days.. I have lodged online complaint also in the bank website

            I am manikantan r. Last week tuesday 26/03/2019 tried to book a bus ticket through paytm. Unfortunately the booking was failed after amount of rs.500 debited from my account (Acc no: [protected]). From paytm side they are said that they are initiated the refund process and transaction id :0001090869085209582061. Still i will not get refund credited to my account. Please take neccesary action.

              I ordered a product of rs1949 on amazone.in. I cancel the order on the next day. I paid the money through my debit card of indian bank. I contacted indian bank customer care and they say that the amount is not credited. If amount is not credited, how the bank issues reference number

                I'm send money to beneficiary account apr1 2019 using indian bank upi. The amount of 300 my money is detected but amount is not transfer to beneficiary account.
                Also indian bank website complaints link not work. So, please refund my money in my account or transfer to beneficiary account.
                Transaction id is mentioned in photos. Please see and refund my money.

                I'll call to indianbank customer care they say this process is not saved here so, you'll conduct Bhim customer care because the transaction using via Bhim (indianbank) upi.i'll call Bhim coustemer care but the number is not work.however yesterday my money refunded it to my account. Refund process takes 2-3working days

                  I am using your mobile banking through the indpay app on my phone. Before somedays it was working good but when update option comes i was updating my app but after one day i was checking my app it was not working than it was showing again register option i was adding cif no not showing any error just shows white display so please solve this problem give me any solution about it....

                      worst services ever

                      As i have placed on swiggy and amazon and not h were cancelled i need to receive a refund of nearly 1500 rupees, but the amount is not credited into my account i have contacted them and they said it's the problem related to bank, i have posted a complaint but there is no response, it's been months i haven't received my refund yet. Is your people technical system not working properly, i didn't expect this from indian bank, it's the worst experience...

                        I availed home loan from this bank in Feb 2018. Since then I was orally following up with the branch about the status. They were saying "sir, we applied your claim and it is under process". Then I escalated higher levels in mails from 16 Feb 2019.
                        Then the branch/bank applies only on 1 Mar 2019.
                        1 YEAR DELAY! I am not paying my loan EMI.

                            This is ann george and i have an account in an indian bank, vellore branch, 632014
                            I booked a bus on 18th december, 2018 and this said bus got cancelled from red bus side and according to them the refund was initiated on[protected].

                            I have contacted red bus who asked me to contact indian bank. I did contact indian bank in the past three months and i still have not gotten my money.

                            Kindly please help me resolve this issue.

                              I ordered mobile charger in amazon. But cancel the order for some reason. Amazon send a mail for processing refund amount.

                              Still my refund was not credited to my account. I asked to amazon customer care and they told that refund completed by amazon but bank was pending the payments and also they give the reference number.

                              Now what's the problem that where is my refund and when the amount credited to my account.

                                I bought a product from amazon on 15th november 2018. Due to some defects in the product, i returned it. The refund was processed by amazon on 20/11/2018 with refund reference number 352030. Since then i haven't received the refund in my bank account. I went to the indian bank vit branch, vellore more than 15 times complaining about the same but they were like "we can't do anything about it". I hereby attach the screenshot of an e-mail from amazon confirming that the refund had been processed but i don't know why it hasn't reflected in my bank account yet.
