Hello sir,
I'm imran from karaikal. I already activated my internet bank account and and i used to transaction and services. Past four weeks i didn't login my account. Yesterday when i tried to login my account. I was unable to login my account.
It shows error message "your internet banking login status is inactive. Please contact branch." please help me to solve this issues.

Complaint marked as Resolved

I contacted my branch regarding this issue.They tried to solve this issue, but couldn't because of some technical fault. And they contacted Main Branch (Chennai).They regenerated my account and given new cred.

Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I already activated my internet bank account and didn't do a transaction yet. I am trying to proceed with the transaction. it asks for the password which I try to do forget the transaction password.

it shows :

error: 807 Your Internet Banking Login Status is Inactive. Please Contact Branch.
