Hello sir,
I'm imran from karaikal. I already activated my internet bank account and and i used to transaction and services. Past four weeks i didn't login my account. Yesterday when i tried to login my account. I was unable to login my account.
It shows error message "your internet banking login status is inactive. Please contact branch." please help me to solve this issues.

I have submitted an explanation letter dt.17.11.2017 to the honorable gm of indian bank, chennai. As i am unable to get any further information from them i pray your goodsselves to kindly take my requisition and thus help me to know the status of my explanation letter at the earliest and oblige.

    My name is nilesh i m raising this complaint on behalf of my mother mala ganapati durgekar, sir my mother holds indian bank account ln karwar branch a/c [protected] and bank has provided the atm card services, on 13th of dec 2017, at 7:15pm i have withdraw 1000 rs from idbi atm machine karwar which was my last withdrawal but on same day at 9:30pm we received massage 10, 000rs has been withdrawn from our account, since we had family function in our home we didn't seen the massages, like this he withdrawn 1, 00, 000rs from our account till next day morning. On14th of dec at evening 6:30pm we saw the massages and immediately blocked atm card. Sir we have atm card with us neither me or my mother shared atm card details to any one but still amount has been withdrawn from our account by unknown person. We enquired indian bank manager he told us atm card is cloned and someone from delhi withdrawn the amount and he suggested us to file a cyber crime complaint. Next day i visited cyber crime office bangalore but they are not ready to file complaint because they work under city limits they told me to contact karwar sp office, we have no idea to whom we need to address this issue.

    Sir i have attached all the scan copies with this mail and please let us know if you require any further information from us please consider this complaint and take action. Sir 1, 00, 000rs is not small amount for us we are fisherman we saved amount in bank but sambody has stolen now please provide justice to us.

      Dear sir, i am having indian bank credit card with number [protected] and i have paid all the dues in january and in my cc statement is also showing a credit balance of rs112. 47/- but indian bank challapalli department put hold on my account and they are saying credit dues in my account. I am asking them detailed statements but they are refused to give statements for that period. So please check the issue and remove hold from my account or provide detailed statements if really there is dues i will pay

        This is anusuri mohan vinay, am a costumer of india bank, alamuru, alamuru mandalam, east godavari district, andhra pradesh, on the date of 13/12/2017 with out my permission i have lost my (10, 000) money from my account and i have not received any msg to my mobile no ([protected]) which was linked to my account after that i have tried for 50 withdraw and i have got the msg of withdraw for amount of 50 rs. ("but i have not done any post purchase but my money was lost from my account on that day and not got any msg to my mobile no also withdraw of 10000")
        So i requested u to plz check my account what was reason for missing of that 10, 000 rs. And not getting any msg to my mobile number of withdraw of 10000
        I hope you will check what was reason and refund my amount (10000) back to my account sir.

        This is my mini state ment after lossing 10000

        10000 was debited from my account and i have not got any withdraw msg to my account linked mobile no [protected]
        I have informed to costumer care they told wait for 24 hours it will be refundable but i did not get any refund after 24 hours so
        I requested you to plz solve my problem and refund my amount

            I have done a transaction of amount 3882 inr on 06/12/2017 with transaction id[protected] to amazon wallet. Amount was deducted in my account but amazon didn't received the amount.
            It has been more than 6 days, but the amount was not refunded till now. I have called indian bank customer care on the same day and they assured me that the amount will be refunded in 24 hours. But no refund till now.
            I request you to issue the refund as soon as possible.

              This is to inform you that, i have purchased items in reliance fresh at north usman road, t. Nagar-17. On 14.11.2017 through my indian bank debit card no.[protected]. Hence, cashier swiped my debit card twice for purchased items of rs. 425.22/- whereas reliance fresh cashier first time swiped my debit card, it shows error, but whereas the amount has been debited in my account. Later again cashier second time swiped my card, again it got debited from the above account number.

              Hence, kindly request you to credit the of rs.425.22/- to the above account number.

              Enclosed puchased invoice, swiping slip & bank passbook copy.

              Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                  The refund amount from both amazon and paytm is processed as it shows in the app but it is not reflected in the account. Upon enquiring they said that your bank is taking time to process the amount and it will reflect within 7 working days but more than one month has passed and i did not get even a rupee debited to my account. Please look after this and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible

                    Your application is not working in some days. So irritating to me. I have verified 3or more times by mobile messages but not open my account. After verified then enter my account details is correctly but your server is not correctly and show the try again. Also forgetting password request send but not received otp or anything from your side. Please fix bugs and release your application.

                        Hi hello indian bank. I would like to know the problem about indpay app we couldn't able to register from last two months
                        Please think about overseas customers. Please change to old versions it's working flawlessly. Many overseas customers are facing the same problem. Hope u fix the problem as soon as possible. Many overseas customers are waiting for an good updated version.

                          Pay order no: 248336 issued by uco bank for rs 4, 46, 955 was deposited in indian bank a/c no[protected] on 23 jul 17. My name in bank record is r sampath. The payee’s name was written as ram swami sampath in the pay order (Full name with expansion of initials.) and the cheque was rejected in clearing - reason: “name differs”
                          No phone call /sms or letter was given by the bank. My phone mumber is on their records for the last 10 years. I visited the bank on 17 november 2017 and only when enquired i was given back the cheque after a lapse of 4 months resulting in loss of interest to me..
                          I claim a compensation of rs 5000 from the bank

                              Me and my wife have four accounts in indan bank, malviya nagar branch, new delhi:
                              1) nineteen 20 crafts & creations[protected]C/a)
                              2) mukesh matai[protected]S/b)
                              3) riya matai[protected]S/b)
                              4) artisans emporio - [protected] (C/a)

                              Our first a/c with the bank was nineteen 20 crafts & creations, which we opened in shanti niketan, new delhi, in 2006, and was taken care by mr. Azad singh. Since we are residing in malviya nagar, new delhi, we got it shifted to the indian bank, malviya nagar branch, new delhi-110017 and was taken care by ms. Vasundhara there. And even after her transfer, we did not face any problems and everything was going smoothly.

                              In the past 4 months, we are facing problems with mr. Saurabh mishra, who is currently holding the position of so-called bank manager in the malviya nagar branch, new delhi.

                              He is solely responsible to spoil our cibil. When we approached him for availing a loan, he gave us the number of one of his friends mr. Ashish gambhir (#[protected]), so that mr. Saurabh mishra could get his commission.

                              He gave us many false commitments:
                              I) that if we open a current a/c of our new business 'artisans emporio', and if we give him the projected balance sheet, he will give us a loan of rs. 2 lacs. Now, after opening the a/c, he gave us a mudra loan of rs. 50, 000/-, which was not sufficient for a new business against the stock we had purchased.

                              Ii) that if we close our gold loan, he'll give another loan.

                              Somehow, we managed to close the gold loan and and paid our emis, which are being deducted from our a/cs in your bank.

                              Now, his total attitude is changed and all those false commitments he had made, was to take out money from us and update his own records for his goodself in the bank.

                              This is a financial institution and we have had no issues with the bank in the past for so many years, since the time we had opened the accounts.

                              It's a very long association with indian bank and we would like to continue the relationship with this bank.

                              After meeting with mr. Saurabh mishra today at 11:30am, it seems he is running a personal bank. Would like to quote his polite and curteous words, "we are not here to help you, we need recovery of what we have given." we have recorded this conversation and, if required, we will present it in front of him.

                              The total harassment and mental torture what he had given in the past few months is unbearable from an educated person, of an esteemed financial institution.

                              Please treat this as a written complaint of mr. Saurabh mishra, branch manager, indian bank, malviya nagar, new delhi-110017.

                                One month ago i tried booking tickets from irctc app using my indian bank debit card. Booking has failed 5 times. But 140 rupees got debited from my card 5 times. I wrote complaint to irctc. They replied that money will get refunded in 7 days to your bank account. But i have not got any money refund in my bank account.
                                Please refund my money.
                                Money does not grow on trees.

                                  Hi, visited palacode branch (Dharmapuri dt.) for opening an account on 06-nov-2017. But in the account section the reponse and the way cutomer is treated is very shocking.

                                  1. When a lady submitted rs2, 000 to cashier to deposit in the account but cashier said he didnot receive money. Later other bank employ told her she didnt give any money. Even when insisted to check cctv footage they were not ready.
                                  2. When another person withdrawn cash they gave here rs2000 less, when validate in the bank and checked with cashier to validate and give the correct amount he took more that 15 to 20mins to check and provide the amount post requesting several times.

                                  When i checked with one of the other customer in the bank, she said this issue is common this branch.

                                  Would request to have proper steps and cutomer support to be provided, as most visting this bank are poor and illetrate who doesnot know how to take these issue further.

                                    నేను ఈరోజు చిత్తూరు జిల్లా, srపురంలో indian bank atmనుంచి 500/- రూపాయలు డ్రా చేయాలని ప్రయత్నించాను. ఐతే ట్రాన్సాక్షన్ జరగలేదు. డబ్బు గానీ, రశీదు గానీ రాలేదు. కానీ వెంటనే, నా atmకి చెందిన బ్యాంక్ అయిన నా sbi account నుంచి 500/- డ్రా అయినట్లుగా నా ఫోన్ కి మెసేజ్ వచ్చింది. ఆ రెండు banks వాళ్ళకి కంప్లైంట్ ఇచ్చినా పట్టించుకోవడంలేదు. తగిన చర్య తీసుకోగలరు

                                      As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on 121.1017 at 02.02 am and the reference no is:75260827286015782592493 but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them as lodged complain on spgrs andref no: ibcwe[protected] its still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Then again yest i registered ibcwe[protected]. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

                                      I have ordered amazon Cancelled order, amazon refund in my account but not credit in my account REFERENCE NUMBER,[protected] THE AMOUNT 2, 232 PLEASE check
                                      I ordered an item on 3.2.19 in Amazon and paid through debit card after I cancelled my order so they refund my amount (349).they proceed the refund but that amount is not credited in my account...I was make call to the bank customer care but they didn't give proper response for this... kindly check it...
                                      I have purchased some product from Amazon site on date 8 Feb 2019. Due to some reason I have returned product to Amazon. They refund my money in my bank account. But amount has not been credit till date. They provide me authorization code for the transaction[protected]. Plez check my refund money status.
