Indian Customs — bank charges of kotak mahindra

I'm using korak mahindra bank. They publish as o balance account but when im nothing using the account they charge around 885/per month. I sent multiple emails directly to kotak ceo but no response. When i contacted bank they say we don't have access towards credit card closure. Please help me, i lost almost 8000 till now. I am from middle class family. Having food is difficult now a days, banks are stealing my money
