Indian Health Care — mediclaim (including opd) (plan type standard)

I purchased a health care insurance policy by india health care under their membership (Plan type - standard) on 24.04.2017 by paying rs. 6, 000/- through credit card to mr. Kundan (Payment collector person) vide app. Ref. No. 11607. I was assured that i would receive the health kit within 15 days and the same was confirmed by their customer care. Till date i have not received any thing. It was committed by mr. Mukul malhotra (Mobile no. [protected]), if i was not satisfied by the services i could cancel the membership / policy within a period of 1 month. So, i requested them to cancel my membership / policy and refund my money to my sbi credit card no. [protected]. Also i spoke to mr. Malhotra on 15.05.17 (Monday) at 2:30 pm about my grievances and he was unable to resolve my concerns. I also spoke to mr. Sumeet on their customer care no. [protected], but no result.

Till today i have have not received any health kit. Now, when i call them either they try to delay the matter or just disconnect the call or they are unreachable, etc.

I kindly request to look into this matter and do the needful to recover the amount of rs. 6000/- paid by me to
