I have purchased standard health check plan and paid online. I was told tht i will get a blood pressure monitor and some vouchers.

I received some vouchers along with invoice# 5127 dated 5/4/2017. However i don't know how to use these vouchers.

I did not receive any blood pressure monitor.

Whenever i call them on given contact no. Nobody picks up the phone. This is very rude behaviour.

On 25/09/17, i have received a call from 91-[protected], claiming that he was from indian health care, he literally force me to take the policy, that conversation last for 17 minutes and 30 seconds, after that he started abusing me like i can take it so long. That time i was travelling, so i cut the phone and again he was calling. After alighting from i tried to contact him but he is not taking my phone calls.

Is this a way...

I purchased a health care insurance policy by india health care under their membership (Plan type - standard) on 24.04.2017 by paying rs. 6, 000/- through credit card to mr.
