Sub. : - profuse leekage in lpg gas cylinder and non - response of distributor in replacing the same, despite report of the service engineer called on emergency call at 8 pm on 02. 12. 2013. Consumer no. 12211. Details given in attachment. My indane lpg (Domestic) consumer no. Is 12211. Distributor is vijay rattan enterprises, (East delhi) . On dec. 2nd, 2013, we installed a fresh cylinder. It started leaking immediately. Instantly, called the emergency service at 8 pm. Person visited namely mr. Kanahiya at 9 pm. After thorough checking of cylinder, he established the profuse leakage - he stated pin of cylinder is faulty & he is unable to change it. He gave in writing vide complaint no. 25380 saying "cylinder's pin leaking - cylinder to be changed by the agency”. Since morning repeatedly calling the distributor / agency. After plenty of busy tones, no one picks up the phone while ringing Hence take notice for legal action for damages for criminal breach of trust, harassment, mental torture & also will be compelled to initiate consumer court for deficiency & refusal & failure to provide services in, with punitive costs. Immediate redressal & change of cylinder is urgently sought for, failing which action is liable to be initiated against indian oil corporation. And including its top officials, for the same.
