I visited the Pump number 2 on 5th April ~ 5 pm at the above Indian Oil fuel station and requested Rs 500 worth fuel in my Bike but the attendant with an dishonest intent did not set the meter to ZERO and started from the point where he stopped for the previous customer (I guess Rs 200). My Bike gets full tank with 7.4 liter Petrol (Rs 500) but showed 3/4th full and when asked, the attendant was extremely blunt. Such dealers and attendants bring extreme bad name for Indian Oil and action is warranted. I have stopped using IOCL pumps after the incident and if no action is taken I will start spreading this incident to my friends & relatives so that they can also avoid IOCL in general and above dealer specifically.
