MATHURA Sub. : DEFECTIVE FURNACE OIL Dear Sir, It is for your kind notice that we have purchased 14.970 MT of F.O. from Mathura Refinery through your Distributor, M/s Paras Oil Distributors, Punjabi Bagh, Delhi, vide their Inv. No. 045 dated 13/04/2015, vide Vehicle No.HR-55B-3066 of M/s A.S Enterprises (Regd.). We have to inform in this regard that the F.O. in question creates a lot of problems in flow and burning and its consumption has also been increased by 20% to 25%. The transporter says that there is problem in the F.O. at the IOCL end. You are, therefore, requested to kindly provide us with the necessary Test Reports and if possible, please send your inspection team to check the oil at our premises.
