Indian Oil Corporation — fuel filling problems

Date - 10th June 2015 I asked fuel for Rs 500. There were two person, one was collecting money and other was filling the fuel. The first one asked for the money before starting the machine. I gave him Rs 500 and while I was busy dealing with first one, the other person started filling without showing 0 on the machine. I assumed that he must have set to 0. Now he stopped when Rs 100 was shown on the meter. I asked him that I paid Rs 500, so he again started filling, he didn't reset the machine to 0 this time.yelahanka HP fuel oil pumb So I thought he would be filling till machine shows Rs 500, but he stopped again when... ph=[protected].
