Indian Oil Corporation — Incorrect filling of petrol | |||
Dear Sir, This is my second complaint. This time it is against Amaravati filling station ( although my card shows Satya petrol services, today on 09 July 2015 at about 1345 hrs I visited this petrol pump and asked to fill petrol worth Rs 150/- 1. The person Mr samba (I don't have faith that correct name was given) as usual, DID NOT USE AUTOMATIC FILLING BUTTONS. 2. FILLED PETROL WORTH Rs 50/- ONLY AND AFTER INSISTING THAT INCORRECT QUANTITY WAS FILLED THEN VERY RELUCTANTLY FILLED UP THE REMANING PETROL WORTH Rs 100/-. 3. ALMOST 4-5 TIMES THE FILLING LEVER WAS STOPPED AND STARTED. 4. WHEN I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER, I WAS TOLD THAT MANAGER WAS NOT PRESENT. 5. IT TOOK ALMOST HALF AN HOUR FOR THE PERSONS TO TAKE OUT THE COMPLAINT BOOK, FINALLY I COULD LODGE THE COMPLAINT. 6. THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE ENTIRE WAS VERY VERY ARROGANT AND OFFENSIVE, USING INAPPROPRAITE LANGUAGE. Why cant IOC have any pump functioning properly ???
