Sir, i updesh kumar, consumer no. [protected] phn no. [protected], got my distributor changed from people gas service indira nagar, to maa durga indane gas acency, vinamr khand, gomti nagar lko. Booking clerk miss lakshmi tiwari firstly feeded my wrong address and now after so much helter skelter correction could be done. Now when i booked my cylinder .For about 11-12 times, each time after booking cylinder, it gets cancelled after 2-3 hrs. Mssg shows to contact distributor. I went to disributor multiple times, they gave me assurance to resolve but my problem is still not resolved and my booking is getting cancelled.I am fed of running to distributor . Hope you will help me in the matter so that i will get cylinder smoothly.

Updated by UK Sri Sir, after complaining about cancellation of my lpg booking, since it has been a week but still my problem is not yet solved.It is cancelled again & again. Kindly look into the matter seriously and plz try to solve it as soon as possible so that booking of lpg can be done.Or plz guide me the way to solve the problem.

Since so many days of my complain still my problem is not solved. My lpg bookings are continuously cancelled. Plz gide me whom to complain and how to solve it.
