[Resolved]  Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — amount deducted but gas cylinder was not booked

Hi,

I booked gas on 22 apr 2018 through indane online gas booking service on www.indane.co.in. i made the payment in advance through netbanking. The amount is deducted from my account but gas cylinder was not booked.

Raised a complaint on the portal but no response from them yet.
