Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Bad behaviour - petrol station | |||||
Dear Sir, This is in regard of my bad experience at petrol pump (Meleth Agency) at Maradu, Kundanoor, Kerala, its an Indian Oil Petrol Pump. yesterday (Sunday 30th - 12.20pm) I had visited the above pump for refilling. Before refilling I had enquired whether they accept credit cards with two employees at the station and they replied yes we do.After refilling for 2300rs I had given the card for payment. They've taken the card and inserted in the machine and after a few minutes came up with a reason International card's are not acceptable. When I asked why you didn't inform this earlier when I enquired they're starting to argue and put the blame on me. Atleast if they admit that we have forgot to inform the matter would have ended there. This is like giving money and getting ourself insulted in front of public. Atleast they should have basic knowledge on stuff and little manners as well.
