Complaint Regarding Poor Quality Diesel Leading to Vehicle Breakdown
Dear Sir/Madam,
We are writing to formally bring to your attention a serious issue we faced after refueling at your fuel station.
On 13th July, 2025 around 7 pm, We filled the fuel tank of our vehicle, a Mahindra Scorpio (Registration No. UP14GC9966), at Deepak Motors – Indian Oil located in the Jhilmil Industrial Area, Surya Nagar. However, shortly after refueling, the vehicle began to malfunction and eventually came to a halt near the puliya, Surya Nagar Police Chowki i.e at the entrance of the Brij Vihar area, Ghaziabad.
We immediately contacted Mahindra Customer Service, who promptly arranged for the vehicle to be towed to their authorized service center. Upon inspection and diagnosis, we were informed that the cause of the breakdown was poor-quality diesel that had been recently filled into the vehicle at your fuel station.
This incident has not only caused us significant inconvenience but has also led to an unplanned and costly repair. We believe that the fuel quality dispensed from Deepak Motors- Indian Oil station may have been compromised, and we urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly to prevent similar issues for other customers.
We kindly request that:
* An internal quality check should be conducted on the fuel dispensed on the mentioned date.
* We will be compensated for the losses and repairs incurred due to the substandard diesel.
* Immediate action should be taken to ensure fuel quality standards are strictly maintained going forward.
We trust you will treat this matter with urgency and seriousness. Kindly acknowledge receipt of this complaint and respond with the steps being taken to address the issue at the earliest.
