Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Being charged for negligence of petrol pump operator and not provided complaint register

I went to Rajashree Petrol pump, IOC - Rajashree Petroleum

Phone:[protected] this evening and wanted full tank for my car. After a while petrol started spilling out and few litres fell on the ground and the operator said it was sensor issue and I was asked to pay for spilled fuel as well. After argument he only discounted Rs. 50.
He didnt give me the complaint book as well when I asked for it.
Please take action. They are making money through an incorrect way.
