Dear sir, i am a consumer of bsfc (muzaffarpur, bihar).there is no home delivery facility at rural areas. we have to take gas from godown .at godown staff collect extra charge as printed on booking slip. they just shows monopoly and misbehave to the consumers.sir as I am not providing consumer no. because all working staffs including managers are involved in collecting black money. so its humble request to respected sir take necessary action against this agency so that we could be able to save our money and time. Sep 07, 2016 thomas v thomas's response A cylinder has been booked vide No 43755 with the Ditributor Geo Flames Puthupally, Kottayam .As the supply is not given and the supply van is not stopped the ditributor is contacted over phone and to our surprise they allege that the door was closed. This is a lie.We suspect this is afoul play by the people entrused with the job.We also recieved an SMS to this effect by the dealer. The cylinder may pleasebe supplied immeadietely. A cylinder has been booked vide 437559.The agency GEO Flames puthupally deleberately not stopped the supply van and on contacting the distribotor allege that the door was closed when they passed thestreet.This is a lie.We suspect foul play. please instuct the distributor to supply the cylinder immeadietly.
