1. Exact quantity of petrol should be filled as per customer demand.
2. Attended the should be trained for customer services.
3. Complaint no board should be displayed at pump stations on big banners as company ads.
4. Manager of pump should be available when customers asks.
5. Free air and amenities are not maintained at pumps, should be taken care.
6. Pump staff should provide suggestions/complaints register when asked by customers.
7. Complaint register should be following customers complaints made by them
