Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — complaint for delay of my booking refill

Respected sir, i, smt shefali das, one of the consumers of m /s sarada gas agency - code (160803) at karimganj dist, (Assam) vide consumer no -15905 booked a refill vide ref no-678368 on[protected] does not delever till today whereas a message was sent to my registered mobile no that my booking refill was generated vide cash memo no-[protected] was cancelled due to empty cylinder not available. So, i earnestly request you kindly to resolve the matter and arrange to delever my home delivery booking refill at your earliest and thus oblige.
