[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Complaint on M V Enterprises's staff | |||
I am very hesitate to giving the complaint that I have ever seen the worst customer satisfaction / Respect which was treated by M V enterprises, Avadi, Tiruvallur district agency. The way she (Admin) was talking to the customers and behaviours were very worst and rubbish and she used some abused words which you could not hear gently. She is charging Rs.75 for administration charge without cash receipt for LPG transfer but even she couldn’t help to guide the uneducated old age customers for filling the form even she shouted and scolded them, they were ashamed then I have filled the form for two customers on that day. She doesn’t have the courtesy how to speak with the customers, they treated like slaves. Please take necessary action on admin department (Two lady staff around 35 to 45 years of age) of M.V Enterprises, No 130. POOVAI ROAD VIVEKANANDA NAGAR. AVADI CHENNAI 600 054.
