I am writing to formally escalate a recurring issue with the cylinder delivery service from Ganapathyvel Agency.
Whenever I place an order for a cylinder, I pay the full amount online in advance. However, during delivery, the delivery person still demands an extra ₹90 in cash. If we refuse to pay, he misbehaves and argues with the ladies in the house, using very harsh language. This behavior is unacceptable and feels more like harassment than a professional service.
I have escalated this matter multiple times, but there has been no response. I have also tried contacting:
Mrs. Devi (Ganapathyvel Agency) at [protected] – she does not answer calls or reply to messages.
Ganapathyvel Agency Manager at [protected] – he also does not respond to calls or messages.
In addition, the agency is demanding ₹350 every three years for "gas checking", without providing any documentation or proper explanation. When I asked about this, no one from the agency could give me a valid answer.
This situation is highly concerning. It appears that the agency is collecting unauthorized charges and providing poor customer service. I would like to know:
Who has authorized these additional charges?
What action will be taken against the delivery staff’s misbehavior?
How Indane ensures that its agencies operate professionally and do not exploit customers.
I request an urgent resolution to this issue and a clear written response from Indane.
