Dear sir I am arijit dey, a consumer of iocl (Lpg) containing consumer number: cx 319218 under m/s metropolitan engineers cooperative limited at kalyani central park, kalyani, nadia, west bengal - 741235. Few days ago, i noticed that the spelling of my name was printed as arijit. De on the consumer's paper. Please correct the spelling mistake of my name. The correct spelling of my name is arijit dey. SIR, My gas is not deliverd to me which i booked before 11 days ago so, please give reason why does not gas deliverd.
