Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Cylinder not delivered but subsidy credited

I have booked lpg gas cylinder on 5th sep but cylinder still not delivered and surprisingly gas subsidy money credited.
Kindly deliver the cylinder.

Agency - Om sai indane, patna.

Kindly do the needful and deliver the cylinder as soon as possible.
However due to non delivery of the gas i have also rebook the booking.
