I booked cylinder online on dated 2 June 2016. Received a message on 4th June that cash memo generated. We waited full day. But no body visited. We called on 5th June morning and they ensured for delivery ob 5th june. We waited full day. On 6th June received message that cash memo cancelled due to door closed however we wait at home for full day. We complaint over phone and online. Booking no 908660 Complaint no 2665796 Consumer no 8806 Someone informed us that our cylinder sold in black to some obe else. Neither agency nor Ioc giving satisfactory response.
