[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Deficiency in service | |||
I have complained to the Indane gas distributor about the slow burning of the burners on 01.06.16. The mechanic came today morning ( 04.06.16 ) and told that he didn't have any tools to open the bottom of the burner. On contacting the distributor in the presence of the mechanic, they toled to get it done through private mechanics. I would like to know from your end whether this is the normal mode of handling customer's grievances. Expecting your kind reply Thanking you with regards A.
