Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Delay in Delivery of gas cylinder by IOCL

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I have a gas connection with consumer id- CX1460644, Name- Nitu Kumari. I had booked cylinder under tatkal/preferred time delivery on dated 22nd July for delivery at 23rd July 21; 08:00 to 11:00 and for the same service I paid rs. 25/- extra. But now till 7 PM delivery is still not done.

I spoken to gas agency as well as delivery person but no support and as per delivery boy he'll deliver the cylinder by tomorrow. I have also complaint to Indian Oil but till now no reply or resolution.

In the view of the, please lodge a complaint and take action accordingly. Necessary supporting are attached. I may be contacted @ [protected].
