My name is santosh devi birla, consumer no. Cx18906514, i booked for gas cylinder through on line on 2 months before but still i have not received the gas cylinder. I have tried several times over phone no.[protected] for capital indane gas agency, guwahati every time they say sending tomorrow. Please arrange to deliver the cylinder immediately. Adulterated diesel. While filling diesel for Rs 1000 my ford aspire engine stopped and was later taken in a recovery vehicle to Kanjirappaly Ford. It was identified that the fuel was adulterated and had abnormal smell like kerosene in diesel. The problem was immediately rectified in due procedure.Sheer negligence from your dealer cost me 25000.
