[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Delivery charges being charged over and above the bill amount | |||||
I am having a gas connection with Mukund Enterprises, Barkatpura under cutomer number 29285. I have booked a gas refill and the same was delivered today. The cash memo [protected] is for Rs 668.50. This I presume includes delivery charges. However the delivery boys are charging extra 20 rupees for which no receipt is being given.
