Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — delivery issues | |||
I made a booking for delivery of gas refill from the gas agency on 16th jan 2018. The booking no was given as 136. It was told that the refill will be delivered within two days however inspite of the gas agency being just 3km from my house the gas refill has not been delivered. The agency has always issues with delivery as the other agencies provide the gas well in time. Being a cold place with temperatures going down to minus 6 degree celsius, the timely requirement of fuel is very important. My LPG subsidy is not getting credited to my bank account since June 2016. I have duly submitted my bank details with the distributor. I did receive subsidy till May 2016. It got stopped from June 2016. Please advise.
